Each session is unique targeting specific age groups between 1st & 12th grade. The "field-trip" style sessions combine performance with interactive activities. Engagement with students will involve participation through call and response, movement, music education, introduction & development to theory and more! 

  • 100-150 students at a time, grouped by age

  • 75-90 minute sessions

  • One part hand-on music education, one part performance 

​

  • The performances take place in our state of the art performing arts venue at the Key West Theater

ABOUT US 

LivingMusic is an extension of the Key West Theater's 501(c)3 non-profit that provides free educational sessions, workshops and more for school groups of the Lower Keys. The program is designed to enhance current in-school music education - providing quality music learning through live performance, interactive activities, music education and more.

Our goal is to bridge the gap between students and musicians, free of charge - educating, inspiring and uniting through music.
